Dish...Dish...Dish

Oh my gosh, my daughter!! Last Sunday I was doing the dishes after breakfast and here comes Becca pushing the chair over to the sink saying "dish....dish....dish". She made her way right in and proceeded to start washing dishes!! It really put a hold on all the actual washing of the dishes, but after about 6 times that day of me attempting and her intruding, they finally got done. She is actually pretty good at it. At 1 1/2, she knows to scrub them with the brush and then rinse them off!!

And yes, I do know that she is half naked, but because her brother insists on running around without a shirt, she doesn't feel that she should have to either!!!!

Rain or Shine, She's Got a New Hat!!

One day while shopping Colby came running up with this Sponge Bob umbrella that he just had to have because "it was going to rain on him"! Well since it still has not rained, Becca has found a new use for it. She LOVES to carry it around while holding it tight on top of her head and calling it her "hat". It was so cute, I couldn't resist taking a ton of pictures.

Tricky Bike Rider

So while I was taking all the pictures of Becca with the umbrella, Colby wanted to know why I wasn't taking his. He told me he was going to do some tricks to take his picture, so here it is. He loves to be tricky, especially on his bike. He has mastered the art of making skid marks, and really wants to "jump his bike", but isn't quite sure he wants the training wheels off yet.
